Oregon Senate Passes HB 2001 Without Batting an Eye

»Link. They hardly even had a chance to read the bill summary before they passed it. I knew about this pretty much immediately on Friday, but I was so annoyed I just ignored the entire story until this morning. Back at the end of April, Governor Kulongoski threatened to veto any bill with legislative earmarks and since this one is now full of them, let's hope he makes good on his threat.
