They seem rather well thought out, progressive, and not hard lined towards a strictly leftist viewpoint, and while not overly lengthy or detailed they keep one informed and thinking. Besides all that, he does include some witty gems like this one: "No, Virginia, at this point there is no sanity clause."

Paul is that guy you see in a coffee shop staring out the window, idly scratching the tip of his nose, and humming the theme to an animated Disney movie while his Apple portable is humming happily in front of him. He climbs, hikes, backpacks, skis and loves the outdoors.
