Photojournalist and international webloger celebrates birthday

Today marks the 23rd birthday of distinguished photojournalist and international webloger Julia Haskin. While teaching out of Laon, a village in northern France, Haskin has gained great notoriety and fame for her humorous antecodes and observations of the world while still classically appreciating the finer points of life.
